By using AION Automations services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

AION Automations provides website design, AI automation, and digital marketing services. The scope of each project is defined in the proposal or quote agreed upon by both parties.

2. Work Process

Each project begins with a free consultation. After accepting the quote, a delivery timeline is established. Revisions and changes are included as specified in the contracted package.

3. Payments

Payments are made according to the terms agreed upon in the quote. We accept bank transfers and electronic payments. Specific details are provided at the start of each project.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives complete rights to the design and content created specifically for their project. AION Automations reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.

5. Support & Maintenance

All packages include a period of post-delivery technical support. Growth and Enterprise plans include ongoing priority support as specified in the proposal.

6. Limitation of Liability

AION Automations is committed to delivering professional-quality work as agreed. We are not responsible for specific business results, as these depend on multiple factors outside our control.
